New Chinese Texting Lane is for people who can’t stop looking at their phones [Weird]

Apparently the city of Chongqing in China feels that there’s a problem with people walking and texting, so it’s introduced a new ‘Cellphone Lane’, which is there to be used by people who are staring at their handsets as they walk.
