The Fright Light.

The Fright Light. Look, I know it sounds silly, but I can see warehouse nighwatchmen walking around with one of these. Really I can. Kids? Pah! £8.99/$15.68.  The funky, chunky torch works as well as any, but the eight buttons on either side of the handle release anything from the crash of a thunderstorm to a chilling, evil laugh. As the sound plays the torch-light flickers eerily, enhancing the spooky effect. There are even three coloured filters to fit over…

Chopper alert.

Command Force Chopper Alert. Yep, seldom in the annals of stuff-dom will you find such a patently useless piece of desktop fodder. Lego Knitting Machine.

The Lego Knitting Machine by Thomas Johnson. Um…? But man, the video is just wowsville. Alien, spooky. Hey Thomas, if you mass produced these I reckon you’d make a bundle. I’d get one to knit a scarf and chill me out at the same time, especially if it played that cool classical music.  Some photos of a LEGO knitting machine I designed and built. It works remarkablely well and is quite mesmerizing.
