Assassin malware fighter. Free as in ‘get off my machine, and don’t ever come skulking back.’ I haven’t had a chance to test it, so if anyone has any feedback, let us know purlease.  With the release of Assassin version 1.0.1, anyone operating a personal computer can recover a hijacked network based Windows operating system within minutes and all without rebooting or changing the system configurations. FastKake. Creates a bunch of Windows shortcuts for your pleasure, doing things like shutdown, lock machine, empty recycle bin, launch programs…etc…etc.. You get the picture. If you’re lazy, you might enjoy.  FastKake will create a set of handy and useful shortcuts which will give you full control of your Windows operating system and simplify your computing life.

Abiword. Free word processor program. Word compatibility, mail-merge, plug-ins, and wonder of wonders, a word counter. What’s not to like? A rather cool application for a music player, isn’t it?  iPod-iWay is a powerful step-by-step directions saving tool that will export online driving directions from results by Yahoo Maps and import them into your iPod Photo. FasterFox. Speed up your Firefox browser by tweaking settings. Installs into Firefox Options if you can’t find it. I didn’t actually notice any difference at all under the optimized setting, but got a 25% uplift on the Turbo-Charged.
