Abeego Reusable Food Storage Wraps – waste not, want not

While Tupperware may store leftover goodies, it has a bad habit of taking up too much space in the fridge and can give off a bit of an odd taste. You can resort to plastic wrap, but that stuff is a royal pain to mess with. If you want to have a Eco-friendly and reusable way to store food, why not use something made of natural materials?

The Wheelharp – just when you thought you’d seen it all

If you have the ear for it, you can tell when music has real or fake strings. While there’s nothing wrong with using an electronic keyboard, you really can’t beat the authentic sounds of a bow against a string. Needless to say, it’s not always easy to get a hold of an entire orchestra at a  moments notice. Wouldn’t it be nice if you could just sit down in front of an instrument, and get all the rich sounds of…

Caffeinated Baking Sugar – Surely no good will come of this…

There really aren’t enough hours in the day. We don’t have time to get our home cleaned thoroughly every week, make a decent living wage, or be able to work on personal projects. This is why we give in to caffeine intake, and oftentimes have a bad habit of overdoing it. There are all sorts of infused foods and drinks that will give you a little more pep in your step, but what would happen if everything you ate had…

Kuro Cube is the cure for a stinky refridgerator

When you store a variety of foods in one place, they all start to spread their smells around. Onion, fish, and other potent flavors can seep into your food. It can be rather obvious which foods have affected as they don’t taste as fresh. The general smell of the fridge can also be rather abhorrent if you left food in there for too long.

Sticky Lamp will make sure you don’t have any wasted space

If you need lots of extra light in your room, you’re going to be looking for a sizable lamp. Of course, this lamp will probably be placed on a side table or counter, and will only succeed in taking up more space aside from providing you with light. If you want a little more illumination that will stay out of the way, then why not just stick it on the wall?

Wool and Prince – Washing clothes is now optional

When it comes to laundry, most males I’ve known are not too keen on the subject. They do the “sniff and wear” test, rather than just washing after one or two uses. While there’s nothing wrong with living a low-maintenance lifestyle, you should be wearing clothes that don’t start to stink if you’re not going to clean them…but does such a thing exist?

Myo Gesture Control Armband – What has science wrought??

When you read Harry Potter for the first time, you probably couldn’t help but wish that you had some magical prowess. Being able to do basically anything you can think of with a wave of your hand is kind of awesome. While we may not posses those abilities, some gizmos are starting to emerge that will let us interact with technology as if it were magic. Science is kind of awesome that way.

Don’t delete your Yahoo account if you cherish your name or reputation

Now here’s a bizarre thing. Apparently, according to the cancellation terms and conditions posted on the Yahoo! site, if you delete your account, not only do you lose ALL of your Yahoo! content, including your Flickr photos and paid accounts, but the company also reserves the right to re-issue your Yahoo! ID and profile names to any else who comes along later. “Additionally, due to the limited number of names available, we may allow other users to sign up for…

JumpX Scooter – They see me rollin, and bouncing?

If you’ve ever had the pleasure of riding a scooter, you know how awesome it is to glide along a sidewalk or down a hallway. Once you hit a rough patch though, you’ll face a momentary flash of panic as your life flashes before your eyes. Falling on one of these is a rarity, but you do have to be careful when facing obstacles, as these two-wheeled-wonders are meant to glide, not jump.

Kabuki Glasses -modern opera glasses that have auto-focus!

While not many people go to the opera anymore, those that do attend know how annoying it can be to try and squint to see the main act from a nose bleed seat. Uses opera glasses will work, but you have to hold them up to your face and adjust them accordingly. If you still attend shows and don’t want to feel like you’re birdwatching, you’ll be glad to know there’s a modern version floating around.

Simon Milward and the solar powered cycle ride across the scorching Sahara Desert – proof that Brit eccentrics still exist

Hidden behind that elegant solar headpiece in the photo above is Simon Milward, a rather insane enterprising young fellow who intends to become the first human to cycle across the Sahara Desert using nothing more than the locomotive power of a solar powered bicycle.
