World’s smallest helicopter?

Is this the world’s smallest Co-Axial Helicopter?  Or Photoshop? [Update: oooh, it’s real. $30,000.00 for the kit. The rather funky Schwinn Sting-Ray bicycle has gone all electric on us. $399.00 buys you a craft that will cruise at up to 14 mph for 2 hours at a time.
