Just…like….wow!
For the past couple of weeks I’ve been playing a game called Ingress, developed by Google and currently being played in closed invite-only beta across the world. The game, which draws heavily on a kind of Matrix meets StarCraft science fiction styling, melds augmented reality with smartphones, computers and the kind of backstory that only a Hollywood scriptwriter could dream up.
It’s hard to remain a ‘concerned’ citizen nowadays because you can never tell whether a product you’re buying comes from a company whose ethics are questionable or worse. There are so many different degrees of ownership in the major corporates, that it’s almost impossible to trace who owns what when it comes to consumer products on the shelves.

We take many things for granted until we no longer have use of them. Chances are you’ve never imagined what life would be like without the use of your hands. No more sending a quick text, handshakes, typing out an email, and the list goes on and on. It can take away a lot of your independence, but thanks to technology, those who are disabled don’t have to feel as though they are completely left out.
When it comes to laundry, most males I’ve known are not too keen on the subject. They do the “sniff and wear” test, rather than just washing after one or two uses. While there’s nothing wrong with living a low-maintenance lifestyle, you should be wearing clothes that don’t start to stink if you’re not going to clean them…but does such a thing exist?
OK so look, we’re cool with miniaturization. We understand that if there’s a way the factory can cram something extra into a product, they will. Because, well because they can.
If you wear glasses, you’ll know a few truths that other mortals do not. For one thing, it’s easier than you think to lose or misplace your set. For another, it’s a real pain having to visit the optician every year to have your eyes checked for changes.
