Credit Card Survival Tool – pack a little insurance in your back pocket, why doncha?

This Credit Card Survival Tool is the sort of thing which could get you out of a jam one day. Just imagine, for instance, that you’re sitting in a bar someplace and suddenly you notice it’s filling with water and your necktie has become inextricably attached to a nearby lamp fitting. Rather than panic, you can extract this puppy from your 301s, and quickly use the saw to extricate yourself from what would have been a slow and watery demise. See? Awesome. $2.99.

The Credit Card Survival tool packs a can opener, knife, screwsdriver, ruler, wrench, saw, and more into a convenient credit card-sized package. You can’t always take your Leatherman multi-tool with you wherever you go, but chances are you’ve always got your wallet on hand. The Credit Card Survival Tool will likely add some serious bulk to your otherwise thin wallet, so you’re going to have to trade off some wallet streamlining for preparedness if you decide to go for this one.

This is the sort of thing that could get you into a jam…at the airport

I bought this thing. It is almost completely useless. The can opener takes forever to do a crappy job. Better to get a P38. Or a small Swiss Army knife. Or anything.

Ahh…good feedback. Shame because it probably is airport safe actually I would think. :-)
