Vintage Brass Post Office Safe – store your knick-knacks in retro style

Vintagebrasspostofficesafe1

Vintage Brass Post Office Safe may not be the most sensible place for your Faberge eggs, but it’ll definitely be fine for those General Motors shares you’ve been worrying about. It comes with a secret, two letter combination for you to learn and remember and a couple of cool Butch Cassidy dials up front. Bless…. $47.50.

The hand-made safe from solid red oak was varnished to bring out the beautiful, natural grain in the wood. The wood was selected specifically for the knots and swirls. It measures approximately 6 1/4 x 5 x 4 1/2 and is large enough to hold ring cases and other special items, in addition to the coins and bills that can be inserted thru the coin slot in back. The door has it’s original patina and original glass plate with brass number holder plate in the bottom of the door.
