Goldtouch Go Travel Keyboard – portable AND ergonomic

Image

Portable, foldable travel keyboards have been around forever but the mere sight of most of them makes my carpal tunnels ache. This Goldtouch Go! Keyboard is an ergonomic keyboard designed to prevent repetitive strain injuries. It still weighs less than 0.5 kgs, folds in half, has built in key covers and is about the same size as the keyboard on a 14″ laptop.

The Go! can also tilt upwards in the middle to 30 degrees, and bend around up to 30 degrees. The keyboard covers can be placed underneath the keyboard and allow it to rest on the laptop’s keyboard to reduce space. It’s USB and is compatible with Mac and PC. US$139.

The compactness of the Go! Travel Keyboard makes better use of limited space environments, and allows for external mice to be placed even closer to the keyboard, reducing shoulder pain and increasing comfort.

I haven't tried this keyboard. I've liked Atek's OnBoard Travel Keyboard because it's solid and therefore stable. It's much more desktop keyboard-like than most floppy roll-up and wobbly fold-up keyboards

      Bruce,

I have this keyboard and it's amazing. It adjusts and locks into place with very little movement when I type.

The best is, that since I can tent it, it fits right on my Dell D410 very nicely.

Maybe I'm missing something; but a portable keyboard that's compatible with MAC and PC ?
Don't MACs and PCs already have keyboards ??

    • Dan Ferris says:

Yes but the keywords here Mike are Portability and Ergonomic. Type on a laptop keyboard for a couple of hours and you'll know what I mean. This one is ergonomic so you can take with you and as you can see, it can sit over the top of the laptop keyboard so it's space efficient too.

Dan I couldn't agree more. This Go keyboard makes it like I'm typing on a Microsoft Natural with my notebook, and it's so light and fits into my travel backpack.

    I love this keyboard!!!!
