HR.net Lite is a free human resources web service which gives you all sorts of goodies for managing your employees big company style. It’s free for small firms with up to 15 employees, for those with larger needs, there’s the usual range of commercial offerings. Rather strangely, the company seems to think that forcing you to sign up via a clunky application form is the best way to get customers. Sigh. Sometimes you’ve got to wonder eh? Anyway it’s worth a look, and maybe even worth applying for, and it makes a change from talking about layoffs doesn’t it?
