Xtreme Sports ID is a medic-alert bracelet informing medical staff of any critical conditions or allergies the wearer may have. It also has a “Where Am I?” feature. Before you head out BASE jumping from the Eiffel Tower, phone in the date, where you’re headed and your return time. Each time you update your plans an email is sent out to three nominated addresses so they’ll always know where you are.

The ID is US$8 with a year of service and it’s US$5 per year after that. There’s a range of bracelet designs as well. Service is only available in the US and Canada.

Each XTREME SPORTS ID features the medical alert symbol, 800#, and a personal 8-digit ID#. Once purchased and received, simply register your vital information on our website.
