Got one for my son last Christmas. It fun but you need a real steady hand. And the focusing 'dome", well, it's not really. It's seems to just a spacer, keeping item you are peering at, from getting too close to the camera lens. Otherwise, it gets the photos, vids and the USB stick to facilitate easy movement of the files from the BioniCam to a computer.
