It comes with a battery tester so you don’t waste time storing dead ones and it has compartments for all the normal household batteries, AAA, AA, C, D and 9 Volts. No love for the 6V lantern battery however. You can mount it on a wall or slip it into a drawer and it has a glow-in-the-dark indicator to find it in a blackout.
