Mobilewitch is a free program that converts any mobile phone into a universal PC remote control. The software is Java based and so should run on most conventional handsets, and uses Bluetooth which means your laptop or desktop should be Bluetooth enabled or you’ll need a USB Bluetooth dongle ($1.35).
