Show Me Whats Wrong dot com – clever screencast service for helping Gran with her computer problem

Showmewhatswrong

Show Me What’s Wrong dot com is an innovative online application which lets you send friends and family a link to a simple screencasting service so you can diagnose and help them with any problems they’re having. The smarts come from making it super easy to use.

  1. Sign in and get an instant link to a screencast page which you can send to Grandad.
  2. Grandad clicks on link and instantly goes to a page with a nice friendly start recording button on it.
  3. Grandad starts recording what happens when he does ‘this’  and the service then automatically uploads the screencast at the end and notifies you.
  4. You watch screencast, go ‘aha!’ and fix problem with your magic l337 s4uc3.

Nice.

Generate a help URL so friends and family can send you instant screen recordings to help trouble shoot computer issues.
