Aero 600W – Portable wind generator concept

With Mother Nature’s natural disasters so fresh in the news, this Aero 600W portable wind generator concept could come in very handy. Designed to provide instant power in disaster zones or areas under construction, this portable power station comes in an easy-to-transport package.

The central column telescopes out in three stages to take advantage of the wind and the feet and wire guys keep it nice and steady. The base of the central column stores the wires and the batteries and although it’s made of lightweight materials like carbon fiber and aluminum, it will take two or three people to move and set up. Very nice idea.
