SpeedyFox is a small freeware utility that speeds up your Firefox load time by optimizing the profile databases. The devs claim up to 3 times speed increase, and I’ve got to say Firefox certainly seemed a lot faster on boot up when I tried. Or is that a placebo effect? Anyhoo, well worth a try.
