Clarity Free Edition CRM – small business freeware for managing your company

Clarity Free Edition is a freeware customer relationship management (CRM) program which offers a full range of small business type functionality in a decent enough interface. It’s not beautiful by any stretch of the imagination, but it looks like it’ll do the job.

As well as a contact manager, you get a To-Do activities function tied to a calendar as well as quoting and invoicing modules, which should be enough for most small firms to manage their business.

The free version is limited to single user, and you only get a range of 11 reports for outputting to printer or file, as opposed to the custom report builder and things like the price list generator you get in the full versions. Nevertheless if you’ve got a small firm which needs to computerise quickly and cheaply, this is definitely worth a look.

Clarity Free Edition is a single-user version of the highly successful Clarity Professional software for small businesses. It is available completely free and provides a streamlined version of our premium product, preserving the powerful administration-removing features Clarity has become known for, with a new optimised interface to provide the user with only the essential features required to configure and use the software each day.
