This is the heart rate monitor that speaks your pulse readings, eliminating the need to look at a display during workouts. ECG heart rate readings and warnings for when your heart rate is above or below your target zone are spoken in a clear voice through the included earbud headphones every one to five minutes. A chest strap continuously measures your pulse rate and wirelessly sends readings to a cell-phone sized receiver.
