Brill Razorcut Accu – Electric Push Reel Mower

Image

At first glance an electric push mower like this Brill Razorcut Accu electric reel mower doesn’t make a lot of sense, but it does honest. The electric bit only turns the blades so they turn at the same speed all the time and aren’t reliant on the push of the mower to do the chopping. All you need to do is push it in the right place. The battery lasts for 30 minutes, enough for about 220 m2 (2,500 sq. ft) of lawn. The mower itself only weighs about 12 kg, and if you battery goes flat before your finish, you can still push it like an ordinary push-mower. [Thanks Neil]

The newest motorized Brill push reel mower, the Razorcut Accu cordless electric lawn mower. It features a cordless rechargeable electric motor powered by a 24-volt NiCad battery, which gives approximately 500 charging cycles. Weighing just 29 pounds, which is lighter than most unpowered reel mowers. It is ideal for lawns 2,500 square feet or less.
