To be accurate, it's an amplifier that "looks" like a vacuum tube, and not in fact an actual vacuum tube amplifier. Not to say that makes it bad, or in fact that vacuum tubes automatically make an amplifier superior. They did manage to get DTS certification, so it's likely a good quality device. It is cute though.
