I’ve often wondered why manufacturers don’t just stick more flash RAM into USB sticks to increase capacity, turns out the Buffalo does just that. This Buffalo USB SSD Drive comes in 4/8/16/32 and 64GB capacities and looks to be about twice as a long as a standard USB stick. It’s USB 2.0 but there’s no mention of read/write speeds. Prices range from US$46 up to US$337.
Buffalo’s latest SHD-LVS-BK is a nice device stuck between an USB memory and an SSD Drive. USB memory for its shape, and SSD for its capacity and performance.
