MegaReader – fab new ebook reader for iPhone offers 1.8 million free ebooks

MegaReader for the iPhone is an ebook reader which comes with access to over 1.8 million free ebooks for download. It’s been lovingly crafted by my good chum Patrick Thompson of QuickReader fame, and it’s a doozy of an ebook reader in all sorts of ways (especially the uber cool customisation functionality). I’m currently beseeching him to bring out an Android version, which I hope he does soon.

We’ve trekked the virtual globe to bring you the best online free book catalogs available and have presented them in a beautiful reader for your reading enjoyment. For less than a cappuccino at your local café, you can now create your very own personal library to take anywhere!

Nigel is the managing editor of the Red Ferret, as well as a freelance columnist for the Sunday Times newspaper in London. Loves tech and fancies himself as a bit of a futurist, but then don’t we all?

  • According to recent estimates, the iTunes App Store has had a successful IOS 250,000 applications, the Android Market were sitting comfortably in the middle, with 80,000 titles, and the BlackBerry App World recently broke 10,000. Obviously, if the user activity is high, developers are more interested in entering the App Store
