The good folk at Aspex, purveyors of fine desktop electron microscopes, invite you to send in any item for electron scanning…free of charge. Sure it’s a clever marketing ploy, but fun eh? Not quite sure how they got the cat through the post (or indeed under the scanner), but we’ll leave that for PETA to work out.
