Founder’s Workbench – the complete business startup resource

Foundersworkbench

US law firm Goodwin Proctor has produced a mind-bogglingly comprehensive resource for business startups at the Founder’s Workbench site. As well as valuable advice on the perils and pitfalls of setting up a new company, they also provide a full set of free startup documentation based on a comprehensive online questionnaire. If you’re sitting in a basement somewhere in Arkansas with dreams of becoming the next Bill Gates, this could be as good a place to start as any.

As part of Goodwin Procter’s ongoing commitment to start-ups, emerging companies and the entrepreneurial community, we are providing access to critical forms, memoranda, best practices and other resources to enable capital efficient company formation.
