Compassion Pit is a nice idea. A free anonymous chat room which lets people ‘connect with someone who will listen’. Kind of an online Samaritans I guess. The service is open to both listeners and talkers, and while we’re not sure how the service moderates the listeners to ensure quality, it’s still a nice idea. What a shame, though, that our Western society has become so fragmented that we need things like this, eh?
You want to share your feelings, but you can’t talk to somebody you know – because let’s face it, they might judge you for it or use it against you in the future. CompassionPit is the solution to this: get anonymously connected to another compassionate human from around the world.
I love this :)
Love what?
Try http://zumbl.com as well.
It is an awesome and a new place where you can not only talk with strangers but also tag them, share videos, and take snapshots of your conversations. Beyond that, they use avatars which animates to the tunes of your emotions.
