Ben Heck brings a little old fashion style to a modern piece of technology, the mobile phone charger. Heck is a classic geek whose mods landed him his own show. On the newest episode, we find that he has made a hand-crank charger for the Android. The kinetic charger uses a LED flashlight and a Micro USB charger to generate power for your phone while you�re on the go. These are things that wouldn�t be terribly hard to purchase over the counter, but might take a while to charge. This should work for any phone that uses a micro USB charger, so if you want to charge your phone with some old-timey flare, this might be a project to do at home.
