Google Translate comes to the iPhone

googletranslateiphone Google Translate comes to the iPhone

I cannot remember how many times a translator app would’ve been beneficial in different situations. Google released an iPhone Translate App that can work either through text, or speaking. It’s a free app, so there’s really nothing to stop you from getting it. It has about a 4.5 rating from almost 300 reviews, and works pretty decently if I do say so myself.

Using it in the Japanese to English version, it did hold up pretty well, but you must speak very clearly for it to catch what you’re saying. Not to mention that because the phone has no idea what the context is of what you’re saying, you can end up with some strange translations. Overall though, it’s a handy app that is worth downloading.
