Four Ridiculously Easy File Sharing Services You’ve Never Heard Of

Filesharingservices

You have a need to share files quickly and easily, without going all nerd? Then take a look at these lesser known alternatives to the famous Dropbox.

Sendoid

Sendoid. Instant P2P files sharing directly from your computer to the recipient. Needs live connections, works one to one only, and comes with a 1 GB practical max file size limit. Free.

Pyfli

Pyf.li. Select your file, get given a private link, send link to recipient. Job done. There’s an intermediate server involved, but that means they can start downloading as soon as you start uploading. Free.

Filesocial

Filesocial. Share your files via Twitter (assuming it’s working!). Attach file, write your short message and the service does the rest. We’re talking public not private right?

Crate

Crate. Impressive looking but conventional file upload and store/forward service. 50 MB file limit, and 200MB total space for free, otherwise you pay. Good for small stuff?
