DIY robot really doesn’t want to be switched on

There are lots of robots out there with only one function, and that is to turn itself off as soon as you try and turn it on. Now I’ve seen a few of these devices before, but this box has a lot more personality than most other box-type bots out there.

This particular box was created to not only shut itself off, but go nuts after it has been turned on too many times. It will literally scoot away from you and spin at super fast speeds so you can’t touch it. If that isn’t enough to make you cease and desist, it will shut itself off and take away the switch from you entirely. If you can handle translating the creator’s site via Google translate, then you may even find out how to build your own. The best part of this video is probably the face plates on the box. You have to pay special attention to it or you might miss it.

the faces on it are taped on, so it looks like dude just changed them in the cutscenes. And if you read the translated instructions, it seems the switch hiding itself was done with a string pulled by the builder….
