Play the original Doom for free, inside your web browser

I love playing video games, as many other people do. But sometimes you’re on a computer that isn’t well-equiped for games, or worse, that you can’t install applications on. So what do you do in one of these instances, where you want your gaming fix? You turn to entertainment that can be played inside your browser. We’ve shown you that you can play games like Angry Birds in your browser, but that’s certainly not the only one. One other such game is Doom.

That’s right, the classic FPS is now available right inside the very browser you’re using to read this. Just head over to the page on MDN , and fire it up! In just moments you’ll be defeating aliens like it’s 1993. It looks like it’s just the demo, but even still, it will provide you with a good bit of entertainment.

Holy *beep*. Online Doom got a C and D letter. :( These companies only care about money and not if you really enjoy the game.

These companies are pulling the plug all over on older games that they are not truly making money off of and what does it gain them? Pissed off fans. Thanks (whatever company tht made Doom) for making a lot of people pissed off and showing your stupidity!
