You know what really bugs me at night? LEDs. During the day when my rooms are bright, I welcome the colors given off by those tiny little lights. However, once the room is dark and I’m trying to sleep, I like things to be pitch black. So what does one do if they have a device with an LED that can’t easily be turned off? I generally end up whipping out a roll of tape and cutting off a tiny piece. While effective, it’s not the most attractive way to deal with the issue.
One company knows our pain and has created a product that takes care of this problem once and for all. LightDims are tiny covers that you stick over existing LEDs. Depending on which kind you get, they will block 50-80% of the light emitted, or just block it altogether. These stickers come in a variety of sizes, with a sheet of 100 only costing $6. This is certainly one of those products that should have been thought of years ago.
