The great thing about YouTube videos is that they are always easily accessible, so long as you have an internet connection. However, sometimes you don’t have that steady line to the World Wide Web, and you’d like to download your favorite videos. Now we’ve seen ways to download single
YouTube videos before, but wouldn’t it be great if there were a way to batch download them?
With a handy little Firefox add-on, you can do exactly that. The Bulk YouTube Downloader (BYTubeD for short) allows you to search for a group of videos, and then select the ones you want to save local copies of. It will then pull them down to your hard drive, where you are free to play them back at your leisure, free of any ads, and without waiting for them to load.
