If you’re a post-it note fiend (and who isn’t these days!), you’ll want to migrate gently over to the new, larger-screened Boogie Board LCD writing tablet.
I’d tested out the original Boogie Board last year and have loved how easy it is to use and how it helps me stay organized and more productive. The new version offers twice the writing space of the original – at 10.50 x 6.88 x 0.45-inch (267 x 175 x 11 mm) in size – and includes an integrated stylus holder, an erase-lock button and, unlike its predecessor, requires two AAA replaceable batteries.
Like the original, this is a temporary note holder – there’s as yet no permanent data storage available for what’s written on the screen. Last year the company said it had plans for this sort of upgrade but no word yet on this. The company is, however, releasing a new Boogie Board Message Center that lets you slide in an 8.5 inch original to use as a stationary mini-white board display.
But with such great prices, these are perhaps the neatest ways to digitally manage those “have to get done” daily items I’ve seen so far.
I love that they have come out with different colors and a bigger screen. I already have one though so I don't know if I will get another one soon.
