Quickly send links to your phone with Site to Phone

Have you ever been surfing the net and come across a site that you want to read on your phone? Sure, there aren’t many sites that I would actually prefer to read on a smaller screen, but if I’m about to go sit in a doctor’s office for an hour, I might want to read through an interesting article that I’ve found. Usually, I’ll just email myself a link, but there might be a better way to do things.

Site to Phone is an interesting webapp that lets you easily send a link to your phone. Once you sign up for an account, you’ll be given a unique address which you will bookmark on your phone. You’ll also want to install the browser extension for your desktop. Then, whenever you want to send a link, just use the Send to phone button in your browser. Now when you open the bookmark on your phone, it will display the last site that you sent to your phone. It also keeps track of your history, in case you want to re-visit a site that was sent previously.
