Help keep track of what to eat with

Staying fit isn’t always the easiest of tasks. To do this, one must maintain a balance of eating right, and getting plenty of exercise. The former can be difficult, as you might not know just what you should be eating. However, with, you can get a better idea of just how many calories you should be taking in, and which foods you can eat to best achieve it.

The site lets you plug in the amount of calories you want to eat per day, and even lets you calculate what that number should be based on factors like height, weight and age. It then gives you a variety of foods to choose from, and breaks those down into however many meals you plan on eating. It then shows you how many grams of carbs, fat, and protein you’re getting each time you eat. You can also put together meals that you plan on having, and it will show you the same stats for that particular meal. This won’t make you eat better, but it might just be that helpful little tool that keeps you on track.
