Look we all know how sensitive the poor security folk at airports are nowadays. Let’s face it, not a day goes by when they’re not in the news for some kind of blunder or another. And all they’re trying to do is maintain the peace, combat terrorism and help keep the skies safe from explosions. Or something.
Which is why we definitely don’t recommend you buy and wear this Artya Son Of A Gun watch on your next trip to the airport to catch a flight. Yeah, sure it’s nicely finished in a range of materials, including this handsome gold model, and it’s probably extremely good at keeping time…in one of those mechanical wind up ways that the Swiss love so much.
However, we have a strong feeling the cheerful peeps in blue uniforms will be less than happy as you drop your timepiece into the security bin and they notice the cute selection of real ‘6mm Flobert‘ bullets arranged in a neat row around the watch face. We might be over-reaching here, but y’know, just in case. Oh and there’s one more reason why you might not want to be choosing one of these for your beloved’s wrist. The $12,795.00 price tag.
Mind you, at that price, it’s probably your airport anyway, right?
My husband would love this watch. I'm going to have to get it for his B-Day http://rpgjungle.net/wordpress/
