Online forms services are all the rage at the moment, and we’ve mentioned a few in the past like Wufoo and PandaForms. We’ve also commented on how great they are for creating quick and easy forms to embed in your blog or website, and how they can save a ton of work in design and implementation.

Now the good folk at JotForm have created a massive JotForm template library which contains over 500 standard forms you can instantly use for your projects for free. Payment forms, online registrations, product ordering, membership renewal, you name it and these guys have a ready-made form for it. Just click on the template, customise the form with your own words and images, and within minutes it’s ready to embed in your site with a few lines of Javascript. Fiendishly clever.

The basic account at JotForms is free for up to 100 users of your form per month, which is fine for small businesses and projects, and you can upgrade for more storage space and monthly users for prices starting at $9.95 a month. JotForm is also the company doing the great file upload forms for Dropbox, which we raved about a while back.
