Being healthy is a matter of eating the right foods, combined with the proper amount of exercise to make your body a well-oiled machine. The correct proportions of wholesome meals plays a major part into this process, but if you’re trying to lose weight, or keep your weight in check, you can’t do it on diet change alone. Keeping track of how much you exercise is just as important as recording what you eat, and there are all sorts of ways to go about doing just that.
Wahoo Fitness is a company that spends their time making and advancing fitness technology. For those of you out there that prefer to go bicycling as a form of exercise, they give you the Wahoo Blue SC. This bike speed and cadence sensor will transform a pleasant bike ride into a plethora of data and personal stats. It connects via Bluetooth to your iPhone and iPad, and will give you information like speed, cadence, location, time, pace, calories, and much more. It’ll cost you about $60, and would only be worth it if you like to number crunch for working out.
