Iced coffee is a wonderful treat to have when it’s hot out. It satisfies both your need for a cold beverage, and your sweet tooth (should you be fond of adding sugar and milk). However, it is quite difficult to make a good iced coffee at home.

Although, you will need to have some pretty awesome patience, as it takes about 5-8 hours to make 30 ounces of coffee. The benefit though, it having a very low acidity. One of these will set you back about $220. Unless you just really love this method for preparing iced coffee, it might be better to make your favorite drink another way.
