It’s now clear that the Android operating system is going to be much more than just a mobile phone platform. The manufacturers are starting to stick it in just about everything you can think of, including cameras, media centers, televisions and now even wrist watches.
This Rock Android Watch Phone comes with a 2 megapixel camera, Bluetooth, 8GB of RAM and a 2 inch capacitive screen. It also will make you the only person in your neighborhood to own the ultimate geek fashion statement. Sure, you might find it a tad clunky, but hey, it can make quad band phone calls, surf the Internet and is more powerful than the original IBM PC. Sounds cool enough to us.
The watch features a microSD slot for memory expansion up to 8 GB, and sports a full media player, including MP3 and MP4 video. It’s even got a WiFi chipset on board. It’s charged via USB, runs Android 2.2 and costs $279.99/£178.52 with free shipping.
I think it's good idea to implement it in watches. Years ago when cell antas not exist, or at least for everyday people, I think watches were novel, and it was a struggle to see cuien companies will put more useful things to watches. Then came the phones and ended up a bit with this industry, not by selling watches, but with the desire to invent new things with this object. I love watches, I look like a wonderful detail to the clothing of a person and I think we are stuck in this topic.
