Ergonomic Arm Rest alleviates pain before it starts

If you spend a lot of time in front of the computer, then you know that if everything isn’t sitting just so, you’re going to start getting joint pain. If your monitors aren’t eye level, your neck is going to hurt, if your chair is uncomfortable, you’re going to have back pain, and if your hands aren’t sitting in the right place while your typing and clicking away, your wrists, forearm, and elbow are going to be sore. These are things that you really shouldn’t overlook, especially when there are ways to fix them.

For whichever hand controls your mouse, you know that your arm sort of hovers about, and if you dont have a rest sitting underneath it, it’s going to give you problems. The Ergonomic Arm Rest is hoping to help alleviate this pain before it starts, by putting your arm exactly where it should be. It has a built-in mouse pad, and will adjust to wherever you need it. This will cost you about $70, but seems as though it might be a necessity if you don’t need a fix for this issue.
