If a backpack is your preferred method of carrying things, then you probably know of the back and shoulder pain that comes with it. When you have your pack loaded down with books, clothes, or what have you, it starts to dig into your shoulders, and crushes your tailbone. Thankfully, there are posture-improving options out there that will make it a little easier to haul things to and fro.
The AirBac Backpack was made with your back in mind. It sits just above the waistline so you aren’t forced to hunch over anymore, and most of the weight will be moved to your lower back instead of your upper back. These things even have a built-in shock absorber that comes in the form of an air bladder, so running won’t knock you from side to side. There are a variety of different styles and colors to choose from, and they all range from about $50-$90 a piece.
