Retimer will help you stay up and at ’em!

This is it folks. We’re heading into the winter months. Seeing as we can’t hibernate, this is our main time to work on projects around the house, or play games for hours on end because it’s too cold to go outside. Those of you who are used to a lot of sunlight will probably get a little down in the dumps, because of Seasonal Affective Disorder, or SAD. If you want to offset those feelings, you can go a couple of different routes.

There are several different methods you can choose from, all varying in price. If you want the top of the line though, you’ll want to look at something like the Retimer. This is essentially a pair of sunglasses that will give you UV-free light that will help your internal clock get on track. This would be useful for you jet-setters who deal with time zones, night shift workers, and those who deal with certain kinds of fatigue. You’ll want to wear it for about 50 minutes day at varying intervals to get your body on track, and this will cost around $290. It charges via USB, and uses a green light which is supposed to be more effective than blue light which might cause harm to your eyes.
