They can be made in a variety of ways, but don’t look like your traditional bicycle with a basket in the front. The cargo hold will be between you and your front wheel, which is a bit different than normal. This must be a working method though seeing as these things start out at a price of $3,599. If you had an extremely specific purpose for buying this thing, like a roving hot dog stand, I could understand the purchase. However, I doubt everyone is going to be falling over themselves to spend as much as they would on a car for a bike.
