Trakdot Luggage Tracker is a bloodhound for baggage

Are you a jet-setter? If the answer is yes, then you’ve likely had lost luggage problems at least once. Normally it will turn up after a few hours or days, but wondering if it’s gone forever can be somewhat stressful in the time in between. If you want to know exactly where your luggage is at all times, then you’ll need a little more help than just the airline baggage system.

The GlobaTrac Trakdot is here to make sure you will know where your bag is, whether it’s 30 feet, or 30,000 miles away. It will work anywhere that your mobile device does, sending you notifications of its whereabouts, but it will need to have AA batteries in it to keep it going. One of these will cost you $50, but there is a $9 activation fee, as well as a $13 annual service fee. Overall, you’re looking at somewhere in the $75 range. This could definitely be a useful tool for those who want to make sure their precious cargo doesn’t disappear.
