Brewing methodology is very important for that special caffeinated beverage in your life. However, the beans that play a crucial role in this production line need to be treated with care. There’s nothing quite like freshly ground beans that will make your morning sing. There are all sorts of grinders out there that you can use, but how many of them are easy to clean, and a storage container for all the hard work you just did?
The Kyocera Ceramic Coffee Grinder is a ceramic burr that will grind whatever you want, however you want. This isn’t just limited to coffee, mind you, as teas and spices would also work well in here. This manual grinder has a glass container, but the ceramic aspect is so hard that it’s close to being on par with diamonds (so it says). The container has a silicone base so it won’t slip while you’re grinding, and there’s a lid so you can immediately store what you don’t end up using. This part is dishwasher safe, but the top is best washed with warm tap water, and then left to dry. You’ll be looking at parting with about $50, but it seems like a worthy buy.

I have this grinder and it is a total pain in the butt. I guess it's OK for a single serving but if you want to brew a pot you are going to be banging your head off of a wall.
