Magnetic Organization System – why didn’t I think of that?!

Magnetic Organization System

The main problem that most of us face when trying to keep our desk in order is where to put unused cables. There are a ton of ways to keep them organized, but it’s not always aesthetically pleasing. If you want to keep your desk looking professional, there are ways to keep things tidy, but it does come at a price.

The MOS, or “Magnetic Organization System” is a rounded triangle that has magnetic properties which will keep your unplugged cables from running astray. Even if your cables aren’t very responsive to magnets, there are some cable ties that will keep it securely to the base. If you’re worried about this sliding off of the desk, you’ll be happy to know that there’s a suction cup affixed to the bottom so it can’t escape. This can be put on your desk or the wall, and comes in black, white, and hard anodized aluminum. The two former are significantly cheaper at $24 a pop, while the latter will cost you around $40. While it may look more professional, I think I’ll stick with my binder clips.
