Their Science Fiction Bookshelf is crammed full of great stuff, all available for free and clear download in a variety of handy eBook formats.

As well as the righteously elderly stuff from Wells and Verne, you’ll find Astounding Stories short story anthologies and books from excellent authors such as Sheckley, Simak and Silverberg (to list just the S’s). Terrific!
