Everyone has their own horror stories to tell about To-Do lists. How they’re impossible to maintain, and easy to forget. How it’s a real chore to carry them around so they’re accessible all the time. The list…ahem…goes on. But now there’s an innovative little gadget which could make life easier for list makers everywhere.
The List Recorder is an audio recorder which comes with a neat extra feature to let you store your memos in three distinct categories. The three tags, Notes, Groceries and Family, are clearly meant to reflect the main touch points of our modern lifestyles, but even so you’ll need to remember to use the handy buttons if the system is to be of any real help.
The device contains a condenser microphone and comes with 2GB of integrated memory which can hold up to 560 hours or recordings. You can also replay your audio messages at three different speeds to help clear up any potential misunderstandings in your memos. The thing runs off two AAA batteries and retails for $49.95.
Looks great. Can someone please make an Android app that does this? I don't want yet another device in my pocket.
Good idea. There's lots of audio note takers, but none with this kind of day to day functionality and category tagging built in. Give it time… :)
